In the interest of insuring the quality of good local government, we ask that anyone having substantial information concerning inappropriate employee behavior advise the Waking Bear©. We are speaking of behavior which includes:

• * Deliberate attempts on the part of Board of Education members or the administration to mislead the public or corrupt the offices to which they have been elected or appointed.
• * Abuse, misuse or unauthorized use of government property including but not limited to vehicles, phones, copy machines, computers, athletic equipment and office supplies.
• * Being absent from place of assigned function or failure to perform assigned tasks in a timely, safe and efficient manner.
• * Abusive use of medical leaves.
• * Falsification of documents.
• * Any matter you perceive as inappropriate.

If warranted AND you are comfortable with the idea, arrangements can be made for a reporter from the Waking Bear to meet with you personally and discuss the merits of your accusations. Otherwise, everything will be conducted via email.
